Pairing food and beverages began when agriculture was starting to become more prominent in Egyptian, Greek, and Roman civilizations. Of course, we still have menu pairings to this day, I’d say it has advanced significantly. Food science was booming in the 20th century and at the present time we have global travel and advanced technology to assist in our menu pairing endeavors. Today, I would like to focus on some of our products that pair well with certain cuisines.
